Candee Masters Fine Art Academy & Gallery opened on October 28, 2021, with a celebration Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening that included City Officials and LEDA. Candee is a very gifted and talented artist whose love of children has inspired her to open a teaching academy of the fine arts to bring cultural and arts to the community through our youth.
