At LEDA, we recognize the importance of not only recruiting, but also retaining existing businesses. As a result, an Existing Business Program has been implemented. The emphasis of this program is to work with existing businesses to ensure they remain healthy and prosperous. A full time employee devotes their attention to accomplishing this goal.

LEDA also offers resources that include providing an Industrial Directory, a Local Business Database, an established working relationship with the Lincolnton Department of Business and Community Development, and providing coordination and support to the Industrial Managers Association.
