Assistance to New Companies: From your first inquiry into Lincoln County to your grand opening and beyond, Lincoln Economic Development Association is on-hand to walk you through the processes, answer questions, find solutions and provide assistance.

Product Development Committee: The Product Development Committee meets throughout the year to discuss opportunities for future and current industrial development in Lincoln County. This proactive committee works hard to ensure Lincoln County has the best sites for new and expanding companies.

Incentive Grants: LEDA coordinates and implements Lincoln County and the City of Lincolnton’s Industrial Development Incentive Grant Program. LEDA is on-hand to walk a new industry through the grant process form beginning to end. Beginning with assistance filling out the application to presenting the grant request to the Board of County Commissioners and City Council, LEDA is there to make the process smooth and simple for new industry.

There is no limit to the assistance we can provide your organization as you make the decision where to relocate or expand. From selecting a site and/or building to help developing infrastructure, LEDA is a hands-on organization that is working on your company’s behalf.
